In May 2018, Dr. Noguera participated in a panel discussion alongside other education experts at the Educational Writers Association 71st National Seminar. The discussion was about the reality and solutions surrounding equity (and inequity) in schools. Alongside Dr. Noguera was Howard Fuller of Marquette University, Catherine Lhamon of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and moderated by Steve Drummond (NPR).
